Dollar General
The space occupied by Dollar General previously was part of a grocery store. With the cooperation of the shopping Center owners, we were able to re-configure the store (retail area, warehouse and office) allowing to maximize their space while returning 1,500 sf to the shopping center for another store thus reducing the monthly rental cost. |
